This is Kache when he was a little over a year, that was about the time he start to grow really fast.
<----This picture and the one on the left of this one were taken the same time. He was going through a coat phase that put lots of grey through his coat, you can see it in his tail in the picture above. He out grew the it within a year and was all black as a grown adult.
This page is dedicated to the memory of Kache, he was the first stud here and the most awesome friend to me. Kache passed away at 4 years old (1-1998) from a rattlesnake bite and I will always have a spot in my heart that is just Kaches. I am lucky to have his Grandson MIMYK who is a spitting imagine of him in actions and attitude! Its always fascinating to me to see how genes get passed down:)

This is Kache at 6 mos. I put this here so every new Newfoundland owner can see that even the prettiest dogs go through the "uglies" Kache doesn't even look like himself here. Down below this is another 6 month picture, what a change they go through when they are growing:) Kache was born Sept. 1994.
End results with Kache was a beautiful dog.
This is not a great picture of kache but this is a 5 foot wide trailer that he is laying on, he was a big boy.
These were "video clips" taken in 1995 , when Kache was just a year old, with the use of a "Connectix" video capture device. This was taken when we were training Kache to the "command performance" tapes, which work great if you want to get control over a big pup or dog:) Fast results which we saw with in 30 minutes of training.
This is Kache after a snow storm at the age of 2. The picture to the right was taken during this same storm.
